  • CMP M1 carbine specials

Just wondering if anyone else has had a chance to use any of the CMP carbine specials that were sold last year?
Must be Spring is close. I was out with a couple of them today and had a ball nailing AR-500 tombstones at 150yds. Never was much of a carbine person, but these are kind of fun to shoot.

They are some nice looking carbines, the guys that fought in previous wars spoke highly of them.

They said that the 2 rifles that you would never see laying around were the 30 caliber carbine and the BAR, the M1 garands they said were laying all over the place.

We made some good stuff back then.
