  • Kalifornia legal or not?

I have a Remington 870 pump action 12 guage. It holds 5+1 and it has a 6 round side saddle. I'm asking about legality because it has a Pachmayer pistol grip. Is there any kind of overall length requirement or some other f*ed up thing that Kalifornia has that would make this a hot item?

    Dont quote me on this

I have an 870 tactical express with the 5+2 and 6 on the stock(standard stock) and an S&J bayonet lug. I know many who have a pistol grip. The law as I recall is vague in regards to shotguns as it was written for the EBR(Evil Black Rifles)Good luck finding anything useful on CADOJ.GOV the most current info is from 2009!
    The real questions are
are you here in commiefornistan and wanting to add one
are you somewhere free and trying to get one here
I have a book on ca gun law that I can look in. Its out on loan right now
