  • bad news supreme court Scalia dead

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the intellectual cornerstone of the court’s modern conservative wing, whose elegant and acidic opinions inspired a movement of legal thinkers and ignited liberal critics, died Feb. 13 on a ranch near Marfa, Tex. He was 79.

The cause of death was not immediately known.

Well I think we all know how this is going to turn out.....obinga will make it his life mission to put one of his evil overseers in the empty slot.

It just HAD to be Scalia. Couldn't have been that old crone Ginsberg or one of the other libs, hell no. Obammy is absolutely salivating over this. We all knew that his last year would be a scorched earth program to try to destroy as much of the country as possible before he laughs his way out of office while giving us the finger. There would be a possibility of reversing some of the damage but now he has the ability to stick it to us for many years to come as the spineless Republicans led by that pasty faced traitor McConnell will give him what he wants.

I wonder if Scalia died naturally or if he was "helped" by some of the Muslim Fuhrer's operatives?

This is not good, but it is not the end of the world. It will be a catalyst to bring about what at this point is inevitable.

Given the current pathetic state of affairs in Socialist Amerika, our days of postponing judgement day are running out quickly.

If you are one of the few who have decided that you are a free man who will allow no dictator or his brown-shirts to take from you that which was given by God Almighty, you will sooner or later be forced to defend what is rightfully yours - probably sooner.

If you are a weak kneed fair weather "patriot" (so-called) who will take a stand as long as it's convenient and easy to do - and requires nothing more than talking the talk - you might as well put on your knee pads now. You will be needing them.

With Scalia's passing, the truth becomes a little more clear: SCOTUS will not save our Second Amendment rights from the fascists in the White House, nor will SCOTUS save any of the other nine articles of the Bill of Rights. SCOTUS is not the cavalry. The cavalry is not coming.

Bottom line: WE are the cavalry. We always have been.

If you are not ready, willing and able to saddle up and do what's right, The Government will have a buyback program for your firearms. Word is they will pay thirty pieces of silver for each of your weapons.

I cannot ever remember the death of one person carrying with it such dire consequences. The amount of celebrating in the White House is no doubt at an orgasmic (probably literally)frenzy right now. To think that the M.F. has been granted this opportunity leads me to believe that God has truly turned his back on this great once Republic. If we actually had a Republican party with a backbone I would say we might possibly have a chance in combatting this but with that traitor McConnell... There are so many things coming together to bring down this country I see little hope of salvaging what we have. I sincerely hope I'm wrong. Please, someone prove me wrong, please.

Justice Scalia’s Death Resets SCOTUS’ Opportunity To Gut Second Amendment

I agree with Progunner's statement, very well said. I believe we need to change the entire system. It was determined and understood from the beginning that the individual right to keep and bear arms was the meaning of our 2nd. Amendment.

There should be no reinterpretation of any of our Constitutional rights at any time. Two more things should be changed immediately. One is term limits on congress and supreme court justices. The second thing in my opinion is the election of supreme court judges by WE THE PEOPLE - no more appointments.

If SCOTUS and congress knew that they would be up for election every 4 years, they would make decisions that would reflect the beliefs of the majority of the citizens of the United States.

The Feb. 13 death of Associate Justice Antonin Scalia gives progressives on the Supreme Court an opportunity to gut the Second Amendment by reinterpreting it as a “collective” right rather than an individual right.

Scalia’s name became synonymous with the individual right to keep and bear arms after the release of his majority opinion for the decisive SCOTUS decision, District of Columbia v Heller (2008).

In that opinion, Scalia showed how phrases that appear in the Bill of Rights again and again share a common meaning, and that references in one amendment match references in others, whether or not the phrase is explicitly or loosely stated.

For example, the phrase “right of the people,” which explicitly appears in the First and Second Amendments, and is loosely expressed in the Ninth Amendment, shares a context that refers to individual rights in every occurrence. “All three of these instances unambiguously refer to individual rights, not ‘collective’ rights, or rights that may be exercised only through participation in some corporate body,” Scalia wrote.

In other words, just as the “right of the people” to assemble in the First Amendment is an individual right, so is the “right to keep and bear arms” in the Second Amendment and the rights not enumerated but protected by the Ninth Amendment.

This is very different from the liberal or progressive approach, where the rights protected by the Second Amendment are viewed as collective, and therefore exist only under certain conditions — for example, the right to own guns exists only for those serving in a government-run militia — and can therefore be expanded, narrowed, or barred by government with impunity.

Heller was released June 26, 2008, and struck down Washington D.C.’s gun ban because it unconstitutionally infringed on each individual’s right to own a gun.

But ever since, news outlets like The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and the Associated Press have highlighted their disagreements with the Heller decision and fought to keep the issue alive so a future court can reverse the decision.

The NYT and LA Times have done this by suggesting the individual right to keep and bear arms was created by the judges in 2008. For example, the NYT depended on the opinion of a judge who equated Heller with “judicial activism” and the LA Times editorial board explicitly stated their opinion that the SCOTUS “erred.”

On the other hand, the AP took aim at the right to self-defense. That’s a key right protected by the Second Amendment and a component that is individual in nature, just like the “right of the people” to keep and bear arms or to assemble, along with the various rights not enumerated but protected by the Ninth Amendment.

With Scalia’s death, the nine-justice SCOTUS is evenly divided our to four on whether the second amendment is a individual or collective right. Scalia’s replacement will either maintain the work he did to defend these rights as individual, or will declare those individual rights as collective rights, thereby gutting the Second Amendment.

            Food for thought...

            Michael Savage: "Was Scalia murdered?"

Talk-radio giant calls for 'Warren Commission': "This is serious business."

With confirmation that Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead Saturday morning with a pillow over his head and his clothes unwrinkled, nationally syndicated talk-radio host Michael Savage called for an investigation on the level of the presidentially appointed probe into President John F. Kennedy’s ************* in 1963.

“Was [Scalia] murdered?” Savage asked his listeners.

“We need a Warren Commission-like federal investigation,” he said. “This is serious business.”

Savage said an immediate autopsy of the body is needed.

“There was no medical examiner present. There was no one who declared the death who was there. It was done by telephone from a U.S. Marshal appointed by Obama himself,” he said.

In an essay posted on his website, Savage asked what would happen if Donald Trump were in the White House in his final year and the justice was Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

“Do you think the left would be screaming that Donald Trump would have no right to appoint anyone to the Supreme Court? Do you think they would be demanding an autopsy and a full federal investigation?”

Listen to Savage’s comments during his interview with Donald Trump:

In an interview Monday with GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump, Savage discussed the implications of Scalia's death.

"We had a razor-thin savior of the conservative, or, shall I say traditional, ways in America, Antonin Scalia, who was found dead under suspicious circumstances," he said. "And now this character in the White House who nobody with a rational mind should trust is trying to railroad Loretta Lynch down our throats ... as his number one choice. Can you believe this?"

Savage said somebody must stop Obama's nomination to the Supreme Court so the choice can be made by the new president.

"And I hope it's you," Savage told Trump.

Savage noted Scalia's role in the Supreme Court's Feb. 9 decision that temporarily blocks Obama administration rules to limit greenhouse gas emissions from power plants.

"Donald, you know that just five, six days before Scalia was found dead with a pillow over his face, he was the lead voice against Obama's attempts to railroad that green gangsterism down our throats, he knocked it out? He was the one who did it."

The 79-year-old Scalia had been on a hunting trip at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in Presidio County, Texas.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, who pronounced Scalia dead, said the death certificate will say the cause of death was natural and that he suffered a heart attack.

She said she decided not to order an autopsy after Sheriff Danny Dominguez concluded there were no signs of foul play, reported WFAA News in Dallas. The Scalia family concurred.

“As part of my investigation, one of the things I did ask the sheriff and the U.S. Marshal: ‘Were there any signs of foul play?’ And they said, 'Absolutely not.' At that time, I still wanted to be careful, and asked them if [Scalia's] physician would call me,” Guevara said.

Guevara said she talked to Scalia's doctor in Washington, D.C., who told her Scalia had been sick and had visited his office Wednesday and Thursday before going on the hunting trip Friday.

According to Guevara, Scalia told his group Friday at dinner he was not feeling well and went to his room early. He then missed breakfast and lunch Saturday and was found unresponsive in his bed.

The owner of the Texas ranch and resort said Scalia died peacefully.

“The judge, when I found him Saturday morning, was in complete repose,” John Poindexter, the owner of Cibolo Creek Ranch in Marfa, Texas, told NBC News. “He was very peaceful in his — in the bed. He had obviously passed away with no difficulty at all in the middle of the night.”

Scalia, who was appointed to the high court by former President Ronald Reagan, was the longest-serving justice on the court, having taken his seat on Sept. 26, 1986.

The more I think about Scalia's supposed "natural" death, the more I smell a Muslim in the woodpile.

The facts as we know them at present are these -

1: Less than a week before his "natural" death, Scalia broke the back of the Muslim Fuhrer's Clean Power Plan [ http://dailycaller.com/2016/02/09/th...arming-agenda/ ]

2: Scalia was found dead with a pillow over his face. People do not sleep with pillows over their faces. If they were to attempt to do so, it would interfere with their breathing. Even if they were to fall asleep with a pillow over their face, people change positions frequently while asleep. The pillow would not stay perched atop a person' face.

3: Scalia's sleep wear was said to be free from wrinkles and immaculate in appearance. A person who had been asleep all night would not be wearing sleep wear that is wrinkle free.

4: There was no investigation of Scalia's death, just a perfunctory pencil whipping of the required paperwork.

5: An autopsy was not performed on Scalia's body. When a person who is as far up the government tree as Scalia was dies of unknown casuses, one would expect The Government - AKA the Obama regime - to want to find out how and why he died. Unless The Government ALREADY KNEW how and why he died, that is.

6: A judge - NOT A MEDICAL DOCTOR, BUT A JUDGE - declared Scalia's cause of death to be a heart attack. Exactly how did Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara come to that conclusion WITH NO MEDICAL EXAMINATION OR AUTOPSY OF SCALIA'S BODY HAVING BEEN PERFORMED?

7: Scalia was declared dead OVER THE TELEPHONE by a U.S. Marshall who WAS NOT EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF SCALIA'S BODY.

8: That so far unnamed U.S. Marshall was PERSONALLY APPOINTED BY OBAMA HIMSELF.

9: Scalia's body was embalmed forthwith, thus rendering any attempts at toxicology tests of the body an exercise in futility.

Is it just my imagination running wild, or does anyone else smell a Muslim in the woodpile??

BREAKING: Famous Talk Show Host Drops BOMBSHELL On Who MURDERED Justice Scalia, Says Trump Is NEXT

February 14, 2016 by Dean James

Tragic as well as extremely suspicious news about our conservative Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is rocking our nation. The 79-year-old was found dead last night after a day of quail hunting at Cibolo Creek Ranch, just outside of Marfa, Texas.

He was reported to be in high spirits and was “animated and engaged” during his last supper.

“He was seated near me and I had a chance to observe him. He was very entertaining. But about 9 p.m. he said, “It’s been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep,” recalled Houston businessman John Poindexter, who owns the 30,000-acre luxury ranch where he was found DEAD.

When Poindexter tried to awaken Scalia about 8:30 the next morning, the judge’s door was locked and he did not answer. Three hours later, Poindexter returned after an outing, with a friend of Scalia who had come from Washington with him, John MacCormack at mySA reports.

“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter.

A pillow over his head? NO ONE SLEEPS WITH A PILLOW OVER THEIR FRICKING HEAD!

“He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap,” he said.

Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile. He contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.

“Ultimately they became available and handled it superbly. They flew in by helicopter. They told me to secure the ranch, which I did until this morning,” he said.

Superbly? That’s what they do when they cover up a murder.

I believe the conservative justice was murdered. So does Alex Jones.

My colleague, Brian Tashman at Right Wing Watch reports that in an “emergency transmission” to his Facebook fans today, conspiracy theorist radio host Alex Jones floated his suspicions that the late Justice Antonin Scalia was “murdered,” just like conservative activist Andrew Breitbart.

While accusing Obama of a litany crimes, including secretly funding ISIS and blackmailing Supreme Court justices, Jones said that “this is the season of treason, this is the time of betrayal and we would be fools not to ask the question” if Scalia was assassinated, suggesting that bad actors may have slipped something into the justice’s drink to trigger a heart attack.

              Tashman continues:
“You just get used to this, ‘Scalia found, it’s natural, nothing going on here, he just died naturally,’” Jones said. “And you’re like, ‘Whoa. Red flag.’ Then you realize, Obama is one vote away from being able to ban guns, open the borders and actually have the court engage in its agenda and now Scalia dies. I mean, this is hard core.”

“I wonder if Clarence Thomas will die of a heart attack next week,” he continued, adding: “If this is an *************, it signifies that they’re dropping the hammer, that’s the canary in the coal mine.”

He once again posted that his fan Donald Trump may be next: “Are they going to kill Clarence Thomas? Maybe they’ll kill Ron Paul. Maybe they’ll kill Donald Trump next. They all had heart attacks. How many more of these are we going to sit here and put up with? Or maybe their airplane blows up.”

“My gut tells me they killed him and all the intellectual evidence lays it out,” he said, insisting that his gut feeling “is already right.”

Jones then said a civil war is coming if the Senate confirms Obama’s choice to replace Scalia. “The Republicans better block this nomination,” he said, “because if they get one more Supreme Court person in there, they’re going to trump every piece of Bill of Rights and Constitution and they’re going to get that physical civil war they want.”

He even suggested that Scalia told Matt Drudge last year that nefarious government officials are “coming after everybody and they’re going to come after us and it’s really dangerous.”

Say what you will but this is far too coincidental with Obama’s last ditch efforts to gut the constitution and destroy America as we know it.

This paves the way to Obama driving the final nails in the coffin.

The chances are very good that the Antichrist had him knocked off and now that he's out of the way he will be able to put in one of his left wing loonies.

I can just see him now foaming at the mouth wanting to ban just about every firearm out there except for maybe a H&R break open single shot that he'll let you have only if he thinks you deserve it.

As far as everyone else goes you can figure what comes next will be pre cut pieces of rope to tie your hands, a walk into the forest and then the classic Communist tactic of the bullet in the back of the head. The only way this can happen is if you allow yourself to be disarmed, so like the man said stick to your guns.

More on Scalia's "natural" death, this time from teaparty.org -

                    Link: http://www.teaparty.org/exclusive-ar....3ybxSKks.dpuf

Army Intelligence Officer Drops BOMBSHELL on Scalia-Gate Cover Up

(Tea Party) – ScaliaGate is becoming more than just unfortunate timing of the death of America’s greatest Supreme Court justice, but instead is evolving into a constitutional crisis and possibly even a criminal investigation.

As it turns out, the Tea Party Research Team has discovered DISTURBING facts regarding the untimely death of Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia.

Gets this, in a confidential interview, a retired and fully credentialed U.S. Army Intelligence officer, holding top-secret clearance having worked with Army intelligence for over eight years, has made some shocking statements about the unusual circumstances surrounding the death of Justice Scalia. The Tea Party will refer to this credible individual as ‘Starman’

Starman stated: “The circumstances surrounding Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia’s death are growing more suspicious by the minute. The story appears to keep changing, with initial reports that Scalia had died of a heart attack later denied.”

He also goes on to question why no autopsy was performed, and specifically why Scalia’s body was quickly embalmed, thereby “erasing any chances for the coroner to conduct efficient toxicology tests.” Starman continues, “The same people who want you to believe Scalia died of a heart attack or natural causes are the same people who want you to believe that Hillary won the Iowa Caucuses with six coin tosses… Even Fox News refuses to cover these strange occurrences in Texas.”

Impossible? The first report was that Scalia suffered a fatal heart attack, but that report was later denied. Then the family [SUPPOSEDLY] demanded an immediate autopsy with quick embalming, which is also highly unusual. It is a long-held fact that embalming fluid usually erases any chances of having an accurate toxicology findings issued.

But it doesn’t end there. Former head of criminal investigations of the DC police William O. Ritchie stated: “I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia.” Richie went on to say: “…how can the Marshall say without a thorough post mortem that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack?”

Then there’s the extremely disturbing fact that Scalia was found with a pillow over his head, as if the telegraph a message from the Godfather that ‘this could be you and we’ve taken care business.’

To top it off, important facts seem to be missing and doesn’t appear in any report. A pillow was over the face of Justice Scalia, but no mention that he was in bed! Isn’t it odd that a man puts a pillow over his face and dies from natural causes… and then falls to the ground with that pillow still over his face? How odd.

The real kicker is that the untimely death of Justice Scalia was just DAYS before important cases were to be decided by the court that he serves on.

Tea Party Research Team has some difficult questions to ask:

Why didn’t the U.S. Marshal check for a petechial hemorrhage in his eyes and under his lips? If hemorrhages of this sort would’ve been discovered it would suggest suffocation.

Why did the U.S. Marshal refuse to smell Scalia’s mouth for any unusual odor? Some poisons carry a unique odor that can be readily identifiable, which could suggest poisoning.

Why wasn’t the pillow or any of Scala’s clothing seized as evidence and subjected to a thorough forensic exam searching for DNA other than Scalia’s DNA? Any extraneous DNA could indicate the presence of another person who came into direct contact with the pillow or any of Scalia’s clothing… or was he found nude?

Think about it, if Scalia was assassinated who would have the most to gain? No doubt someone that either had a vendetta against Justice Scalia or someone who wanted Scalia out of the way so Obama could exercise a ‘Recess Appointment’ for Scalia’s replacement.

Suppose Scalia lived, he would have decided the following cases:

                    One person, one vote
                    Affirmative action
                    Public union dues
                    Obama care

But then again, are these cases so important someone would resorted to *************? [if you are the Muslim Fuhrer or one of his brownshirts, the answer to that question is a resounding "hell yes"]

POLL: 79% Suspect “Foul Play” in Death of Antonin Sclia

Nearly eight out of ten think there might be a cover-up

(Infowars) – A poll conducted by the Conservative Outfitters website finds that 79% of its readers suspect “foul play” was involved in the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

Over 40,000 people voted in the poll, with nearly eight out of ten thinking there may be a cover-up.

Questions continue to swirl over the confusing circumstances surrounding Scalia’s death after his body was quickly embalmed following the decision not to conduct an autopsy.

Although the leftist media has attempted to portray any examination of the narrative about Scalia’s death as crass and insensitive, the same standards seemingly don’t apply when it comes to leftists themselves celebrating the death of the Supreme Court Justice.

Some of the unanswered questions surrounding Scalia’s death are explored in the video below. They include -

Why did law enforcement personnel tell Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara that there was no evidence of foul play when Scalia was found alone in his room with a pillow over his head?

Was the immediate clampdown on any suggestion of foul play an attempt to prevent an autopsy from taking place?

Why did Guevara initially tell the media Scalia had died of a heart attack before hastily changing her mind and saying he died of natural causes?

Why did Guevara pronounce that Scalia had died of natural causes without having actually seen the body?

Why is no autopsy taking place despite Guevara’s confusion as to how Scalia died – a decision disputed by other officials?

Why was it necessary for no less than 20 police officers to escort Scalia’s dead body to the Sunset Funeral Home in El Paso?

Why was Scalia’s body quickly embalmed, a process that would destroy toxicology evidence?

                        A “discrepancy from normal protocol”

I just discovered this article - it does have somewhat of a conspiracy theory flavor to it. That alone does not automatically make it tin foil hat material, though. I an not sure what to make of this; it is what it is.

I am not sure how a PFC (Proud Freaking Civilian) with no current connections on the inside would verify that Scalia's Gulfstream C-37A had a flight of F-16s as an escort from DC to TX. If that is indeed the case, that would be a very telling detail; a fighter escort is only afforded to the aircraft that the current occupant of the White House is onboard.

Yet again, this whole series of events surrounding Scalia's supposedly "natural" death stinks to high Heaven.

The Muslim Fuhrer is owed the presumption of innocence like all American citizens are; that having been said, let me also say this: If a so-called "leader" puts a hit on a Supreme Court Justice who refuses to be coerced, he is no leader; he is a murderer and a fascist dictator.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Scalia Had Secret Texas Meeting With Obama Just Hours Before His Death

February 16, 2016 By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Western Subscribers

A stunning report prepared for the Office of the President (OP) by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) examining the letter sent to President Putin by American billionaire Donald Trump last week that appeared to predict the murder of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia suggests that just hours before this esteemed jurists death he had held a secret meeting with P*******t ****** Obama aboard a U.S. Air Force plane heading to a secluded Texas ranch owned by a close personal friend and top campaign donor of America’s leader.

According to this report, SVR “assests” reported that on 11 February both P*******t Obama and Justice Scalia were at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) scheduled for two separate U.S. Air Force flights from Andrews Field—the first taking P*******t Obama to Los Angeles, and the second taking Justice Scalia to Marfa Municipal Airport (KMRF) located in the southwestern region of Texas near the Mexican border.

While P*******t Obama was scheduled to depart on one of the U.S. Air Force’s two Boeing VC-25 aircraft (commonly referred to as Air Force One), this report continues, Justice Scalia’s flight was scheduled aboard a Gulfstream C-37A—which is the U.S. Air Force’s designation for their fleet of the popular Gulfstream V private jet aircraft.

Just prior to these two U.S. Air Force aircraft departing from Andrews Field, this report notes, SVR “assests” assigned to monitoring top American political and military figures noted a “discrepancy from normal protocol” when Justice Scalia’s three U.S. Marshal Services Judicial Security Division (JSD) “protectors/defenders” left the airbase with the “personal protection” of this noted jurist being transferred to the U.S. Secret Service (SS).

Upon both P*******t Obama and Justice Scalia’s different flights departing from Andrews Field, this report continues detailing; an even greater “discrepancy from normal protocol” was noted by the SVR when they were informed by Aerospace Forces (AF) satellite monitoring personnel that U.S. Air Force F-16 fighter aircraft from three different bases (Shaw Air Force Base, Montgomery Field and Luke Air Force Base) accompanied the entire flights of both the Boeing VC-25 and the Gulfstream C-37A—a level of protection normally only afforded to the U.S. President exclusively.

As to why the U.S. Air Force provided F-16 fighter aircraft protection to Justice Scalia’s flight, this report continues, became even more concerning to the SVR when after the flight landed in Marfa, Texas, this “extreme protective air cover” was maintained until the Gulfstream C-37A departed three hours later and flew to Los Angeles Air Force Base (LAAFB) accompanied by its fighter plane escort—and where at the exact same time the American press covering P*******t Obama began questioning where he was, only to be told that P*******t Obama had been missing due to a late-night, off-the-books dinner with three of Hollywood’s elite the White House wouldn’t further comment on.

This SVR report, though, “strongly suggests” that P*******t Obama had, in fact, been aboard the Gulfstream C-37A with Justice Scalia from Andrews Field to Marfa and then further traveled from Texas to Los Angeles on it—which they say is the only conclusion to be reached due to the U.S. Air Force’s continuous protection of it.

In support of this conclusion, this report continues, AF radar and electronic spectrum satellite analysis of Marfa, where the Gulfstream C-37A landed with Justice Scalia and (maybe) P*******t Obama, shows a four vehicle convoy leaving the KMRF airport and traveling to a 12,140 hectar (30,000 acre) estate called the Cibolo Creek Ranch.

Critical to note about this Cibolo Creek Ranch, this report says, is that is owned by Texas multi-millionaire John Poindexter—who aside from being the owner of the vast conglomerate J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., is a longtime personal friend of P*******t Obama who in one of his first duties upon elected bestowed a war medal upon Poindexter for his service during the Vietnam War.

Of even greater concern about P*******t Obama’s personal friend John Poindexter, SVR analysts in this report state, is that within 36 hours of Justice Scalia arriving at his Cibolo Creek Ranch estate he, Poindexter, reported to the media that the jurist had died—and who then coordinated with local Texas officials to have Justice Scalia declared dead via a phone conversation with the area medical examiner without an actual medical examination of the body in clear violation of Texas law which states an autopsy is to be preformed when “the body or a body part of a person is found and the cause or circumstances of death are unknown”.

With Justice Scalia being reported found dead while in John Poindexter’s estate, this report continues, this esteemed jurist was further said to have been found with a pillow over his head while laying dead in his bed in un-wrinkled bed clothes—which just by these reports alone, under Texas law, demanded that an autopsy be preformed to identify the cause of death.

As the Obama regime continues with its cover-up of Justice Scalia’s death, this report concludes, P*******t Obama’s pre-knowledge by hours of Justice Scalia’s death, along with former U.S. Army intelligence officer Ray Starmann stating his concerns that “foul play” was involved, the shocked American people in a new poll shows that fully 79% of them suspect this jurist was murdered—but which the SVR, though continuing their investigation, may never know the entire details about.

Outraged American Citizens Everywhere Demand an Investigation and an Autopsy!

Recently, our nation was shaken to the core when news leaked that a beloved Supreme Court Justice, Antonin Scalia, had passed away while on vacation in Texas. Justice Scalia was the longest tenured justice on the court and his opinions had shaped the national conversation for the last three and a half decades. Justice Scalia was a lion of the court, a brilliant jurist and a good, moral man who stood by his legal convictions even when they were unpopular.

That Justice Scalia has passed away is sad but not surprising. He was 79 years old and had lived a long and stress filled life in the public eye. However, the carelessness with which the investigation into his death is being handled is a surprise, and it is wholly unreasonable. Justice Scalia was far too important of a figure on the political scene to simply accept that his death was of natural causes, and now millions of Americans are demanding answers to explain his final days.

There are many unanswered questions surrounding Justice Scalia’s death. Here are just a few:

He is a Justice of The Supreme Court, and a formal autopsy should be done.
He was found with a pillow over his head.
His pajamas were unwrinkled as if he had not even been in bed.
The owner of the ranch is a wealthy Obama donor.

Add to these suspicious developments the fact that the Supreme Court will soon be ruling on Obama’s illegal Amnesty, the Constitutionality of Obamacare and protecting the 2nd Amendment, and the timing of Justice Scalia’s death is very coincidental, indeed. There are too many questions and too few answers, yet the government is proceeding as if nothing strange had occurred.

                          We cannot let this stand.

We the People Demand Action. We demand an investigation into Justice Scalia’s death, and we demand that a respected, independent coroner be allowed to autopsy Justice Scalia’s body.
Please join us in demanding an investigation into Justice Antonin Scalia’s death, and that a respected, independent coroner be allowed to autopsy Justice Scalia’s body.

We Demand Action and if necessary, Justice, for Antonin Scalia. Immediately.

“God assumed from the beginning that the wise of the world would view Christians as fools…and He has not been disappointed. Devout Christians are destined to be regarded as fools in modern society. We are fools for Christ’s sake. We must pray for courage to endure the scorn of the sophisticated world. If I have brought any message today, it is this: Have the courage to have your wisdom regarded as stupidity. Be fools for Christ. And have the courage to suffer the contempt of the sophisticated world.” — Justice Antonin Scalia
